Set In Stone?
Yes ... well ... that's the current truth ... and ...

be it ever so humble, there's
no place like home

but ...

nothing is ever set in stone
choices are always made alone
someone reaps what another has sown
I thought it was here, but
this bird had flown

clearly, I wish it weren't so
just letting the universe know
the tides may come and the tides may go
but I'm willing to swim against the flow
